On October 11, Albert Einstein will come to life in a one-man show at 11am in Jenkins Auditorium. Duffy Hudson, actor and filmmaker, will present himself as Albert Einstein in a 50-minute show. He will discuss Einstein's life as well as the Theory of Relativity. Other topics explored include gravity, speed of light and time travel. What is E=MC2 anyway? Cressida Hanson, Library Reference Assistant, said, "[Duffy Hudson] will be talking about the principles of Einstein's theory in a familiar way, so people who are not necessarily physics or mathematics oriented can enjoy the event.” The show is presented in a way that everyone can understand and find humor in. Following the performance, the show will become interactive with a Q & A session. Hudson will answer questions as if he were Albert Einstein. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the auditorium, food will not be served. If you have ever wondered about Einstein’s life or his work, but have been intimidated by math or physics, this show is for you! The show is free and open to the public.
